Best Everyday Natural Makeup Look Tutorial & Products

When it comes to your face, I know that many of you would like to look natural and emphasise your features without over doing it.  We all have some skin imperfections regardless the age.  Whenever I wear makeup wherever I go whether it be traveling, sightseeing, normal daytime outings or nighttime outings, work, parties and family events, I always try to wear light makeup that looks natural on me.  Who doesn’t want to look that highlights natural beauty?  In this post, I show my best everyday natural makeup look tutorial along with some natural makeup products that are affordable and that can be applied to your skin seamlessly.  

What I love about natural looking makeup is so easy to apply, as it’s perfect for someone or like me who’s always in a hurry and does not want to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour just applying makeup on.  It usually takes me 5-15 minutes to apply my makeup on a daily basis.  Depending on how natural or intensifying I aim to look.  This everyday and natural makeup look is also perfect for someone who travels a lot, exploring, sightseeing and someone who’s constantly traveling on the train, car and plane.  It’s also a perfect approach for someone who’s always rushing to get ready in the morning for work, someone who’s always on the go and for some ladies who just like to look natural on day and nighttime for normal outings and even for parties.  

Everyday Natural Makeup Look

Step 1:

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Duo

I always apply my eyeshadow primer first on my eyelids.  I usually use my favourite Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Duo as it prevents from creasing your eyeshadow throughout the day.  This can easily be applied with the wand or your finger.  I usually wait for at least 1 minute prior to applying my eyeshadow. 

Step 2:

It’s important that you moisturize your face by applying a moisturizing cream.  In this tutorial, I used my favourite Nivea moisturizing cream, which is suitable for dry to sensitive skin.  I struggle with dry skin throughout the year so I always have to moisturize my face at least twice a day.  This type of moisturizing cream contains argan oil, which is natural source of vitamin E and promotes 24 hour moisture and skin hydration.  This is definitely a perfect skin if you have super dry skin like me.  I have been loving this product as it does not crack my fine lines and skin imperfections.  I always apply this cream prior to apply my blusher or if I wear my foundation.

Step 3: 

Apply a face primer prior to applying your makeup.  I usually use my favourite Foundation Primer Hydrating by Laura Mercier and L’Oreal Magic Lumi Primer because these products are suitable for my dry skin.  I find that other primers are too matifying, which makes my skin too dry and matte.  I highly recommend these products as they provide an instant glowing skin without looking shiny.
