If you don’t receive your orders within 35 days you can ask for a full refund.  If products arrive in a faulty condition, please take some photos of the products and contact us at regarding this issue so we can organize a replacement or a full refund for you.

Leather Bags, Backpacks, and Handbags


Please email us at and indicate the issue of your orders.  If you are not completely satisfied with your leather bags, backpacks, or handbags purchase, please take some photos and email us explaining as to why you’re unsatisfied. 

You can return and ask for a replacement within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that you indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return and refund.  The returned items must be in a perfect condition for resale, never used or worn, and are still in the packaging.  We will issue a refund as soon as the returned items arrived at us in a perfect condition.

For Personalized Custom Name or Logo, Handmade orders cannot be refunded.

Exchange & Return

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please email us first.  You can return the original item to us in a perfect condition (unused and unworn).  You will be refunded for your original purchase price once we have received the original item that you ordered.  You can place another order for the item that you wish to purchase.  You don’t need to wait for us to receive the original item prior to placing the new order.  

Please note that since we already offer free shipping worldwide, therefore, all returned items must be paid by you.  You must carefully write the full return address and a written note “returned item”.  

For Personalized Custom Name or Logo, Handmade orders cannot be returned and exchanged.
